Oren graduated from Boston University's School of Management in 1992 after three years of matriculation. He worked at various CPA firms in the Boston area and pursued entrepreneurial endeavors, including attempting to buy a ski resort and turn it into a snowboard-only resort, before earning his MBA from Babson College in 2000.

After earning his MBA in finance, Oren moved to New York and helped develop the Valuation Department of a regional CPA firm. From 2001 through 2005, he worked at Goldin Associates, servicing valuation and litigation-support needs of clients including Armstrong and Sealed Air Corp. Oren joined the firm in 2006 and has proved a vital and productive resource.

Annette graduated from Albertus Magnus High School in Bardonia, New York, and earned a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University in 1984. She joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1990.

Annette specializes in taxation for individuals and businesses. She is an active member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and is involved with various committees concerning Albertus Magnus.

Jim joined the firm in 2025 with extensive experience in accounting and tax, including over two decades in taxation for businesses and individuals. He is a licensed CPA with a bachelor's degree in Literature, Science and Art from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (GO BLUE!). He completed his MBA in Accounting at St. John's University with a GPA of 4.0 and an overall GPA of 3.8.

Jim has volunteered in many community activities, including coaching recreation soccer for K–8, serving as a USA & YMCA swimming referee, and participating in various committees with the international tax association and the New Jersey chapter of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI).

Diane joined the firm in 1985 and has proved a vital resource in all aspects of client services over nearly 40 years of service. She currently manages our Outsource Bookkeeping department.

Diane meets with clients regularly to assist them in resolving various issues, including filing and taxation instructions.

When you call our office, your first interaction will most likely be with Tina's sweet voice. Tina is involved in all aspects of ensuring that office work gets processed efficiently.

Priscila joined the firm in early 2024 as a college intern. Upon completing her associate's degree, she was promoted to a full-time position as a Junior Accountant. She is currently working on her bachelor's degree.

Priscila assists Oren with client communications, works on business trial balances, and prepares tax returns for businesses and individuals. She has shown great skill in successfully negotiating various client issues with the IRS and state authorities.

Gideon Adler immigrated to the USA from Israel in 1967. In Israel, he graduated from the esteemed military academy in Haifa and joined the Israel Defense Forces as an officer. A veteran of the Six-Day War, he led his platoon through the Sinai desert to the Suez Canal.

In the USA, Gideon graduated with honors from the undergraduate and master's programs of Fairleigh Dickinson University. After working in various accounting firms, he founded Gideon Adler & Co. in 1979 and retired in 2019. We regret to share that Gideon passed away on June 16, 2022.
